For comparison, the 2024 Explorer Timberline started at $49,430 plus $1,595 in delivery fees, while the Tremor’s destination charge is slightly higher at $1,695 — but still comes in exactly $1,000 cheaper overall. That price covers the base 300-hp 2.3L EcoBoost I-4. However, stepping up to the 400-hp twin-turbo 3.0L EcoBoost V6 may require the Tremor Ultimate Package, which runs $11,500, making it a significantly pricier setup if that report holds true.

I've heard that quite a bit. My wife is not willing to make that trip, though, and we've already started the conversation with the GM at one of our dealers. I know a conversation doesn't lock me into anything, but it'd have to be a really significant difference to add in the flight and time that I'm already really limited on.
