Occurred around 2500 miles and went to dealership. Told them of TSB, but I got it back and they said that my vin number was not covered. First off, TSB is not by VIN recalls are, but it is brand new. So I took it back under another TSB and this time they had right terminology (based on build date), which they claimed mine was not and gave it back. Called Detroit and they told me take it back have the tech speak directly to engineering. So that happened and they can not change the seat but they can build one from scratch. So when they actually took the thing apart they found the loose hardware and problem has been resolved. It was not the basic four bolts to the floor, it was under the pan which holds all the massaging seat and electronics. Just thought maybe someone else is OCD and wanted you to know you are not crazy, that the seat is really moving. I went through 4 advisors total who probably never want o see me again.
